“Is there a cure for sickle cell disease?”
My son has sickle cell disease and we've been trying to get it treated. However, it is becoming very hard to deal with. Can you give your opinion on the right treatment for him? Is this condition lifelong?

There is no cure or treatment for sickle cell disease. This is a genetic disease and is lifelong.
