“Did my head or brain pop?”
Last night while trying to fall asleep..my head or brain popped. It was like a balloon on my chest popped but 10 times louder..any idea what happened? 3 times this year.

There is no such thing physically that brain poped but feeling is miltifactoral and warns diagnostic testing like ct head and EEG
It may be related to an aneurysm or an arteriovenous malformation in the brain. Please consult with a neurologist.
If you have no other neurological signs then it is probably due to your ear. If you also have neurological problems, please see a neurologist. Also, have your primary care physician check out your ears.
