“How should I care for my digestive system during the summer?”
Every year I end up with severe stomach discomfort during the summer. I'm not sure if it's the humidity or what but I get so uncomfortable every year when it's hot. What precautions and care should I take to prevent this?

There is generally no physiologic change in the bowel that happens seasonally, so your problems in the summer are a head-scratcher.
Be careful with your diet in summer if that’s what makes you not feel well. We all eat and drink differently in hot humid conditions. You may have food allergies, or intolerances to certain foods that you like to take during those hot summer months.
