Dentist Questions Flossing

Do you floss before or after you brush your teeth?

I'm 21 years old and I want to start flossing. I just have one question, should I floss before or after I brush my teeth?

Usually after
Either way is ok
This is a great question and you are not the first to ask. I would recommend flossing after brushing. Studies have shown that it doesn't make as much difference as you would think. The fact that it will be added to your oral regemine is great! Happy flossing!

It will be best if you floss first then brush. I also like to mention that you not rinse the toothpaste. Instead, just spit it out to get the full effect of the toothpaste.
