I am a 55 year old male. I will have a CT scan of my abdomen. Do you get CT scan results immediately?

Typically, the images are interpreted by a radiologist and reported to your doctor. That process may take up to approximately 3 days.
May take a few days. If it is an emergency, your doctor gets the answer right away.
At my center, yes, within 30 minutes.
