No, invisalign does not look unnatural.
Not sure what you mean by unnatural. But Invisalign is a product of clear aligners which for many people almost look as if you are not wearing anything over your teeth.
Usually the purpose of Invisalign is to achieve a straight natural smile. It normally turns out well.
