I am a 30 year old female. I want to know if a lip lift leaves a scar?

Yes it does
Yes. Make sure you go to an experienced plastic surgeon with this procedure.
A lip lift is designed to camouflage the scar at a natural junction in the facial anatomy and while there is a scar, it should be difficult to find even with no makeup.
Thank you for the question. This particular surgery leaves an imperceptible scar around the base of the nose, in a natural crease. Discuss with the plastic surgeon all the questions that you may have about this procedure prior to making any decision.

Lip lift involves an excision just below the nostrils. There may be a scar depending on how you heal. This is different from a lip augment. Are you sure you mean lift?
