I am a 42 year old male. I have a few dark moles that bother me. Does lotion can reduce moles?

Unfortunately, no. However, depending on what these spots are it is possible they could be very simply removed. It's always best to seek expert advice to find out exactly what a spot is (mole, seborrheic keratosis, skin cancer, etc.), that way the correct treatment is employed. Many times, benign (not bad) issues can be treated with scarless results or with minimal risks associated.
