“Does therapy actually help dark thoughts?”
I am a 25 year old male and I have dark thoughts lately. Does therapy actually help dark thoughts?

There are different kinds of dark thoughts, such as bleak hopelessness, suicide, and deep bitterness. If any of those are what you have, go for it immediately. People with vengeful, paranoid, or hateful thoughts don't usually want therapy, so that probably isn't you.
