Ophthalmologist Questions Double Vision

Could my double vision and headaches indicate neuro opthalmic issues?

I have been noticing reduced vision in my right eye, and this is all of a sudden since I don't really have any vision issues. Besides, there are also times where my vision is double and they are accompanied by headaches. Could this be a sign of neuro opthalmic issues?

Depends on the diagnosis. A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
This could be caused by migraine headaches. See an ophthalmologist.
Yes! Please get evaluated by an ophthalmologist (an eye MD) very urgently!

Anytime double vision is present, I highly recommend seeing your ophthalmologist. Because the brain and motor nerves of the eye are so intimately connected, double vision can signal serious neurological problems. If you are having double vision and cannot get in to see your ophthalmologist, then I would recommend a visit to the ER to rule out some of the more serious causes while you wait to get in to see your ophthalmologist.
Yes.
Headaches and double vision can be sign of increased intracranial hypertension, you definitely need to see a neuro-ophthalmologist.
Yes, it could be neurological in nature. See a neurophathalmogiser.
