What is the most effective painkiller for my daughter's period pain?

My daughter is 12 years old and suffers from severe pain and cramps during her period. Which painkillers work the best for this?

Tylenol would be the safest thing for your daughter. You should also take her to a PCP of OBGYN so they can do imaging to make sure there is not an underlying reason as to why her pain is as severe as it is.
While I recommend taking her to a gynecologist as well, ibuprofen is often recommended for menstrual pain if there are no reasons not to use it like allergies, kidney failure, or bleeding disorders.
