“eustachian tubes”
Occasionally, I get little, pungent balls of what appear to be pus that comes out of one side or the other of my eustachian tube in my throat. What is that all about and is it anything to be concerned about?

They are coming out of the eustachian tube, they're likely tonsil stones that are coming out of your tonsils. They aren't anything to worry about unless they really bother you
