“What causes my eyes to water in the morning?”
Ever since I moved to my new house, my eyes have been incredibly puffy and watery. My nose also is red. Could this be due to allergies? My new place is in a woodsy area.

Yes, your watery eyes and red nose may be due to indoor allergens in your new place.
Either house dust mires, cockroaches, mice or indoor molds.
If previous I Cuban’s had a pet ( cat) then it may be it.

The possibilities include mold allergy and exposure, or pet dander allergy and exposure from previous owners.
I am sorry that you are having this uncomfortable feeling. It is hard to know if this is triggered by allergies - I would advise that you see a board certified allergist for allergy testing. If the house is new construction dust could be a trigger, also other inhalants can play a role. An allergist will be able to advise you on how to treat the symptoms once a proper evaluation is performed.
Allergy could certainly be responsible given the onset after moving into the house. Were there any animals in the house before you moved in? Cat allergen lasts months. Mold could also be an issue. Dust mite allergy often leads to AM symptoms, but this would be a less likely cause unless you are sleeping in a different bed with different linens or pillows. It might be worth leaving the sheets and pillow cases in the dryer for 90 minutes before putting them on the bed and putting allergy cases on the pillow and mattress to test this possibility.
