I can hear weird sounds in my head that don’t even exist. Apart from this, I am also having trouble remembering things. What could be wrong with me?

You have not indicated your age. This could be due to a number of disorders and needs to be investigated by a neurologist and/or a psychiatrist. Hallucinations could be organic or psychiatric.
