I'm 50 years old and female, and I've had heart palpitations, on and off, for the past few years. However, my heart has been really slow lately. What could this be?

Palpitations can be arrhythmia of heart, extra beats called PVCS or PACS. Slow heart beat less than 60 is Bradycardia. If you feel dizzy, it's abnormal. Make sure you don't have heart blocks.
