Help with Swollen Lymph Node

I have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck. I was sick about 2 months ago and was given antibiotics and I felt pretty good after a few days on the antibiotics but did finish them up (z pack I believe). No signs of my sinus infection but my left lymph node is still swollen and I feel very tired. Not sure what to do now, as stated I felt better after I finished my z pack but still very tired and still a swollen lymph node going on 2 months. I missed all the holiday gatherings because I’m so tired. I really was debating on going to the ER, since I can’t get a appointment at my doctors for a couple weeks because they don’t count this as urgent. I haven’t felt like this before and missing the family gatherings this holiday was stressful. I just don’t have the energy to do anything. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Lymph nodes are good indicators of an inflammatory reactions whether it is an infection or tumors or trauma etc. You have seen the ENT specialist approximately 2 months and still have a swollen lymph node. You have not mentioned any imaging investigation which would be in order eg A CT scan of your head and sinus cavity. You have been on medications that will suppress you body's brain and respiratory function. You might want to consider coming off some of these medications as this is more likely why you are so tired...Try seeing your Dr again and let him assist you with what might be a chronic sinus infection.
This is not an ER issue. This is an issue you should see your doc in the clinic.
