Omega-3 Fatty Acid and Allicin (garlic) and guggalips are all very helpful.
Patient with elevated triglyceride needs to have further evaluation. Further management however is determined based on risk factors and severity.

Regardless of the severity lifestyle modification including low fat diet, weigh loss, exercise, Alcohol cessation, tobacco- cessation, optimization medical management for conditions resulted in elevated triglyceride (such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc) and cessation of medications that cause elevated triglyceride.

Medical management may be indicated in high risk patients and/ or severely elevated triglyceride.
