How can I get regular periods again?

I am a 20 year old female and I have irregular periods. How can I get regular periods again?

This can be a complicated answer. Visit your MD.
So, you would need a hormonal work up to see if there's something causing you have abnormal bleeding. If that was all negative you could do birth control on a short-term basis to reset your cycles which may aid. You also may need your uterus evaluated to see if there's something structurally causing you to have abnormal bleeding.

If you don’t have any contraindications, getting on a birth control pill would probably be best.

You need to be seen by a provider who knows about menstrual dysfunction and get evaluated for hormone imbalance. You may have ovarian cysts.
You need to see a gynecologist to find out underling causes and to help you get back to your normalcy.
