How can I lower my blood pressure immediately?

I am a 40 year old male and I have high blood pressure. How can I lower my blood pressure immediately?

There is no quick way to drop your blood pressure. Anxiety and stress can increase your pressure from release of catecholamines, so relaxation techniques help but you still need to be evaluated since untreated blood pressure long term can result in stroke or heart attack. Salt restriction will lower your pressure about 2mmhg.
Reduce your salt intake
Low-salt diet, exercise, and meditation. If BP is still high, then you need medicine. The goal is to keep BP 120/80.
Dear patient,

Everything you eat or drink, that includes the medicine you are taking for high blood pressure. If they are not given in optimal, but in a toxic dose, the treatment will only worsen. I hope this will provide you with some idea, what your problem may be from. And what you eat, what you drink, and even what you wear on your body surface may contribute to your high blood pressure.
