How can I maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy?

I am a 26 year old pregnant woman who is gaining too much weight. How can I maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy?

If you start a pregnancy at your ideal body wt then 25 -30 lbs wt gain is best. For the average hieght person, if you start over 200 lbs then there is no need to gain any wt.

If your gaining too much wt then your eating too many calories and not getting enmough exercise.

Generally it is unhealthy to lose wt during gestation.
Walking, continuing to exercise with a good diet will aid in lack of weight gain.
