How can I speed up tendonitis recovery?

I am a 44 year old female and I have tendonitis. How can I speed up tendonitis recovery?

Stretching, ice, anti-inflammatories, and avoiding aggravation are common methods of optimizing recovery.
You can use hot castor oil pack over the affected area. Soak a clean piece of flannel cloth or any clean piece of cloth with castor oil, apply over the affected area, then cover with a face towel and apply over the heating pad. for an hour or two till the heat cool off. Do this 2x a day till you feel better. You can also take turmeric 250 mg 2x day.
Massage and stretching exercises have proven effective in moving fluids around so as to avoid infection and reduces swelling.
