Psychologist Questions Psychoanalysis

How can I get over my fear of heights?

I'm really scared of height, petrified even. I get nervous when we're driving over bridges or even when I need to use a ladder. Is there anything I can do to get over this fear?

I would suggest getting in touch with a psychologist or social worker. The treatment is often an exposure based treatment whereas you directly confront the fear. The goal is to overcome the anxiety by dealing with it.

This is often coming for a sense of lack of accomplishments wanting to reach to the top in you world yet feeling you can’t. Your feeling you have no control in life. Find a way to be in self control.
This answer is for informational purposes and does not constitute treatment.

For phobias like a fear of heights or small places or similar issues, a type of talk therapy called Exposure therapy or exposure therapy with response prevention is highly effective in fairly short periods of time (weeks to months). If you have already tried to do things to overcome your fear, then talking to a professional with experience treating phobias could help you improve in managing the fear.
Yes, you can. It can be treated with a tecnique of reciprocal inhibition. A behavioral therapist can help.
It is usually in the back of the ears inside. Vertigo they call it and gas to do with balance. You can try working on your heights by climbing up step ladders to regular ladders, etc or just deal with it
