“How can I make my teeth healthier?”
I want to take better care of my teeth. My last dental appointment showed that I had three cavities, all of which I'm getting filled at the end of this week. What can I do to make my teeth healthier?

Brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, floss, visit your dentist every 6 months. Diet is also very important. Try to stay away from sports drinks (high in sugar), soda (sugar and acid), and sticky foods.
Besides the obvious of brushing flossing and maybe a water pic I would recommend some nutritional things I tell my patients vitamin D3 vitamin K2 and magnesium is the Triad will help calcium be brought into the teeth and bones and cut down on cavities I would also suggest brushing with a mixture of food grade peroxide and baking soda a couple times a week that will whiten the teeth and alkalize your mouth and also cut down on the bed bacteria

Oral hygiene is crucial. You must never go to bed without a thorough brushing and flossing. If you are doing this already and still getting cavities, examine carefully your eating habits. How’s your sugar intake? Do you have midnight runs to the fridge? Do you suck on cough candies on a regular basis? Etc. And, of course, visit your dentist and hygienist at least twice a year.
Hello,
You can brush for a minimum of 2 times a day for 2 minutes, floss daily, have a good diet, limit sugary drinks and snacks, and see your dentist 2 times a year. Soda pop with sugar or energy drinks like Gatorade have so much sugar that can sit on your teeth and cause cavities. You can also use a fluoride toothpaste and a good fluoride rinse several times a day like ACT. Also, medications can dry your mouth leading to decay, so something to make your mouth more moist is recommended like sucking on sugarless mints throughout the day. If you are drinking a soda pop that has sugar, I would try switching to water or diet pop. Don’t eat sugar candy that you suck on for a long time either as you are just bathing your teeth in that sugar and it’s working on your teeth to cause decay.
