How do I get my legs to stop aching?

I am a 37 year old female who injured her leg at work. How do I get my legs to stop aching?

See a doctor. Perhaps a spine surgeon as a start. Happy New Year.
Achy legs are usually due to swelling of the legs. Legs swell due to obesity, high blood pressure, or injury to the veins in the legs. Fixing the obesity or high blood pressure helps. Otherwise, the best way to handle this is to wear compression stockings. Knee high or thigh high stockings can be bought at Walmart or Amazon. Put them on first thing in the morning and wear during the day. Your legs will feel better.

Hope it helps!
