Hi,

Thank you for your question. There are a lot of stress management strategies that you can try, including deep diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness and meditation, and other coping strategies such as journaling, reading, drawing or other forms of artistic expression, listening to music, exercise or going for a walk, petting your dog, reaching out for support from a trusted friend or family member, etc. I would also recommend seeking professional help through therapy to explore other ways of dealing with stress that you can try.
I hope this has been helpful!

Seeking out a therapist to teach and model techniques is a good way to learn how to.manage stress. Gettung "rid" of mental stress is not possible. We're all human and will definitely stress at times, some more than other's, which can be detrimental to some. Hope this helps!
Hello, without knowing details it is hard to tell you how to get rid of mental stress. It would help to get a therapist and begin the process. My questions would be, 1. What is causing your mental stress? 2. How are you coping with it? 3. When was the last time you had a physical to make sure your health is not an issue?

I have added a link that provides a few tips. If you have already tried them, I would suggest a therapist for the time being to reduce the intensity.

Hello and thank you for your question,

You can decrease mental stress by engaging in relaxation activities and physical activity. Walking, jogging, and running work well for stress relief. Meditation, listening to some types of music, full body stretching, and yoga are also good for relieving stress. There are many strategies for stress relief, even taking breaks from whatever triggers stress for you will work. I hope something in the list is feasible and works well for you.

Well depending on the stress you are referring to, I would recommend you seek a licensed professional counselor. Address with them the areas of concern, stress, and it is very important you are open and direct with them. Counselors are the least judgmental individuals you will meet, a good counselor is there to help you, not judge you.
Find activities to distract yourself. Also seeing a psychiatrist who can evaluate you and see if you need medications could be extremely helpful.
