Hi, dailing flossing and brushing after meals are the best ways to maintain a healthy, clean mouth following a dental cleaning.
If you use a regiment of flossing once a day (correctly) and brushing twice a day, there is a good possibility you will never see another decay. Cleaning in a healthy mouth should be every six months.
Brush after every meal, that is recommended. If you can’t, before bed and after breakfast, is highly recommended. Floss after all meal. Tongue scraping 2 x daily.
Hello,

Happy to hear that you taking care of your oral hygiene. The best way to keep your teeth clean after a dental cleaning is to make sure you keep on top of brushing and flossing. After you clean your teeth, the leftover bacteria in your mouth start to replicate and by evening time they start making a plaque on your teeth. The next thing to do is brush and floss them again. You can also start using a mouthwash that will help keep your gums health as well.
Hope this helps.

My best to you!

Using a soft toothbrush and dental floss is the best way to maintain your clean teeth. Start your home care routine the same day as your dental cleaning, before any film calcifies onto your teeth. Carefully wrap the floss around the sides of the teeth daily. Brush twice a day, clean all the way to the gum line with your brush.
Great question! The key is to brush, floss, and use a mouthwash at least twice daily. It will also be highly beneficial to drink lots of water. Drinks like coffee, tea, and red wines stain teeth. Dry mouth increases staining and allows food to stick to the surfaces.
I hope this helps!
