How do I permanently get rid of hemorrhoids?

I am a 28 year old male and I have hemorrhoids. How do I permanently get rid of hemorrhoids?

They can recur after surgery.
First step is to alleviate the cause, typically hard or lumpy stools and avoid straining during bowel movements. This is typically done with addition of fiber supplements and increasing fluid intake to keep stools bulky and soft (not loose), but you may also need occasional stool softeners or laxatives depending on bowel motility. If hemorrhoids remain a problem, you should see a colorectal surgeon or general surgeon who specializes in anal surgery. to see what type of hemorrhoid problem you have and if surgery is indicated to remove them.
There is no guarantee way to get rid of them forever, though in 30years I have seen only two cases recure. However there is a technique called THD that has the lowest chance of recurrence
