“How do I know if a mole is cancerous or non-cancerous?”
I've heard that moles can actually be considered cancerous. I've had one on my arm all my life, and it's never been painful or anything. It's flat on my skin as well. Should I consider getting it removed, in case it is cancerous? Or should I watch it to see if it has any changes?

We look at pigmented lesions using the abcde’s to identify suspicious lesions:
A for asymmetry
B for irregular border
C for multiple colors
D for diameter greater than 1/4 of an inch
E for evolving or changing
See your dermatologist if anything g is suspicious or even if you want it looked at and evaluated.
