“How do I know if I broke my nose?”
I fell on my face on a floor and now the bridge of my nose is sore and it's a little swollen. Is it possible that I broke my nose? What should I do?

WHEN THE SWELLING GOES DOWN IF CROOKED OR CHANGED ITS FRACTURED AND MAY NEED TREATMENT,,,,,,NO CHANGES MAY BE FRACTURED BUT NOT DISPLACED AND USUALLY NO TREATMENT NECESSARY
Most nasal fractures will have some bleeding, bruising, and airway obstruction. Injured site will be tender to touch and may have crepitus. You can apply ice packs. Take tylenol. Don't blow your nose. No aspirin of ibuprofen. If it looks crooked after one week, see an ENT.
