How do you block the intercostobrachial nerve?

I am a 49 year old male. I want to know how do you block the Intercostobrachial nerve?

I use a local anesthetic usually bupivicaine, injected through a 3-1/2” needle under X-ray guidance. Some providers will add steroid or epinephrine to this, depending on the purpose of the block.

Procedure is done under fluoroscopy and intravenous sedation
Procedure can be safely done under X-ray or ultrasound guidance. The main risk is lung puncture, that is why imaging is necessary to reduce that risk.
