“How do you care for an overweight child?”
My niece is 11 years old and is overweight for her age. I know that she has breathing issues like asthma. What should I know about taking care of her?

Encourage smaller portion size more fruits and vegetables skim milk and no second helpings. Stop chips and other high calorie snacks. Get 100 calorie snack packs. Encourage exercise. Prop her head up at night so she can breathe better
