Not really sure what you mean. If you have bridges cemented onto or screwed into your implants you brush your teeth and use a proxabrush around the actual implants. If your bridges (teeth) are removable, you remove them for cleaning purposes, soak the bridges in a denture cleaner (polident or efferdent) and brush the implants themselves with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
