You don't. See someone.
Hello,

I am unsure of your specific question. Chiropractors can manipulate/adjust multiple joints; including spinal joints and shoulders to name a few. Nothing is "cracking," but when you receive an adjustment, your joints move into what is called a paraphyisiologic joint space, the space just behind a joints normal range of motion (how it moves), and this causes a cavitation or "pop" or "crack," which is a release of nitrogen gas in the joint.

Sincerely,

Dr. Joel D. Duchon
I do not advise trying to adjust your own shoulder. This is for trained professionals only. What you can do is strengthen and stretch the muscles of the shoulder girdle to create balance. This will decrease pain and improve function of the shoulder.
