Hi, sorry to hear you are suffering from chronic pain. There are several approaches for treating this psychologically. There is cognitive behavioral therapy which is actually the gold standard for treating chronic pain. There are other similar interventions like EMDR. DBT, self hypnosis, neurolinguistic therapy. I'm available to provide CBT if you want to try it. You can go to my website www.chronicpainrescue.com to schedule an appointment. Hang in there!
You may receive benefit from Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Also support groups may help. Feedback. Yoga.

Sleep and psychological support/therapy is key. When painful problems cannot be solved, then coping mechanisms must be optimized.
APA(American Pain Society) offers the following tips on coping with chronic pain:

-Manage your stress. Emotional and physical pain are closely related, and persistent pain can lead to increased levels of stress.
-Talk to yourself constructively.
-Become active and engaged.
-Find support.
-Consult a professional.
