Usually using ice for 48 hours, then warm soaks. Doing some back exercises available on the internet will help.
Most of the time, it goes away on its own, but if needed, you can try some OTC ibuprofen or acetaminophen for a few days. If it still persists, your doctor can prescribe you a muscle relaxant, but mostly it is multi-factor pain, especially if it involves childbirth as lots of changes happen during childbirth. If it persists for more than 3 weeks, then consult your doctor for further advice.
I recommend you consult a professional. And get back studies.
