I am a 56 year old male. I want to know how can you get rid of brain fog after anesthesia?

Hydrate properly (not too much!), progress with activities as much as possible considering the procedure. I believe that some natural supplements may help but you can do your own research on that.
Fortunately, or newer and best drugs cause much less brain fog. Propofol is an amzing drug! Very little brain fog after (only) propofol.
