How do you get rid of cavities naturally?

I have a cavity in the back of my mouth, but I don't want to get it filled. Are there natural ways to get rid of them?

Once the cavity starts, it will get bigger if you don't get it taken care of. It may not be painful now, but if you wait, the cavity will get to the nerve and will be very painful. No, there are no natural ways to get rid of them.
This restoration also called bonding, forms a chemical and mechanical bond. Amalgam is mostly a mechanical restoration. Patients don't like the darkness of it. Allowing caries to get larger means more natural tooth structure is being destroyed. Unfortunately, there is nothing available to remove caries naturally. Once the decay is removed, you have to replace it with some material. Tooth-colored material is a good choice.
You can only get rid of cavities naturally if you catch them early on. The size of the cavity would need to be evaluated to determine if it is confined to the enamel (where it can be reversed) or if it has spread into the deeper tissues of the tooth structure in which case it will only grow larger the longer you wait to have it treated and more of your natural tooth structure will have to be removed similar to the growth of cancer tumors the more time it has to grow.
Hi,

If the cavity is within the enamel of the tooth, fluoride and flossing can help remineralize. If a surface decalcification or incipient caries a surface, infiltrant can be applied (example is Icon). In pediatrics and geriatrics, silver diamine fluoride (SDF) is used to arrest the decay, it will turn the affected tooth structure black and stop decay from progressing. A filling can then be placed on top. Lastly, I have heard of ozone therapy, but don’t have knowledge in this nor have read any peer-reviewed studies in this treatment protocol.
Hope this helps.
None that I am aware of. Fluoride mouthwash or gel may slow it it down, but the longer you wait, the more tooth damage occurs.
There is nothing that has been proven to be effective to remove cavities naturally. What is your concern about having this issue treated in the most effective manner? If it’s pain or fear, there are many ways to address those concerns and they certainly should not prevent you from seeking the proper treatment.

Absolutely NOT!! Do not wait. Cavities are soft areas of tooth structure inhabited by bacteria that continually devour the hard tooth structure, leaving soft tooth structure behind. Eventually, the bacteria reach the pulp of the tooth causing pain. Also, eventually the soft tooth structure renders the tooth unusable, requiring it to be extracted. Cavities do not heal themselves and cannot be treated by any natural or herbal remedies. The soft structure must be removed and replaced by filling material. This is done by your dentist.
You can only read them by going to dentist to fix them for you.
Unfortunately there are no ways to remove a cavity naturally. If it is small treatment with fluoride or silver diamond fluoride can stop the cavity from getting larger but this is only applicable in certain cases.
