How do you manage from prolonged stress?

I am a 23 year old female and I have prolonged stress. How do you manage from prolonged stress?

A good therapist can help with this. Also, I would suggest learning about mindfulness which if you Google it would give you many good options.
Yoga, exercise, meditation, a walk in the woods, music being with loved ones, and, if possible, stay away from the cause.
