I am an 18 year old female. I want to know how do you permanently treat dry eyes?

Most treatments are chronic and have to be used continuously.
There are many different treatments for dry eyes, the most common being artificial tears. A proper eye examination should be made by your doctor in order to determine the best treatment for you and your symptoms.
There is no permanent treatment.
