“How do you take care of yourself after a heart attack?”
I'm 55 years old and I had a heart attack 2 months ago that was mild. I'm trying to find ways to take care of myself. What should I do?

Eat a low saturated fat diet. Exercise 30 min a day. Faithfully take the meds prescribed by your cardiologist. Find ways to reduce stress- reading, prayer, meditation, travel to a serene location etc.
