Viruses don’t need medication to treat. Fluids and supportive care is all that is usually needed. Hope she feels better.

Usually give something for nausea such as phenergan or zofran clear liquids and then crackers and advance the diet as tolerated over the next few days. If vomiting is excessive you have to watch for dehydration. No urine output for 12 to 24 hours becoming more listless or poor color or perfusion. If this occurs she will need IV fluids
