“How does bright light benefit if your eyes are sensitive and you are prone to migraines?”

Bright light especially outdoors can be annoying but not harmful. It is why we wear sunglasses in that case. Bright light indoors can improve the ability to view at near - fine print, threading needles, etc. These lights in most settings are well below the level of discomfort.
