Implants can last more than 25 years if they are done right and the patient maintains them according to the dentist's instruction. Nothing lasts forever, even our teeth, but implants can last a lifetime if placed on the right patient and the patient follows up their recalls with their dentist and keeps excellent hygiene.
Depends on several factors, keeping up with regular dental visits and hygiene at home is extremely important, potentially they may last a lifetime.

The dental implant should last you for at least 37 years. The crown on top of the implant should last for 15-20 years.
If done and placed correctly, it should last a lifetime with proper care and regular visits to the dentist.
Dental implants are designed to last a lifetime. However this is highly dependent on the skill of the dentist placing it, the type of implant, and most importantly, the home care of the patient. Longevity of the implant is highly dependent on any and all of these variables. Bottom line is you get what you put in to it! Choose a good dentist, use the best materials, and practice good home care and maintenance and the implant will last a lifetime.
The success of any implant is directly proportional to the health of the tissues supporting it.
How long dental implants last will depend on how well you take care of them, also how healthy you are; sometimes if one is medically immunocompromised, they make affect the life of the implants.
