“How long do tooth whitening treatments last?”
I'm due for a whitening treatment, since I drink a lot of coffee and I have stains on my teeth. I feel like my last whitening treatment didn't last long at all. How long can these treatments usually last if I cut out the things that stain my teeth?

Depends on the degree of staining and what you do afterwards. Coffees, teas, red wines, and smoking will stain your teeth again. But it’s safe just to bleach them again in the future
