I am a 27 year old male. I was diagnosed with gastritis. How long does gastritis take to heal?

Depends on the cause. H pylori infection causes gastritis so that infection would need to be treated. H pylori gastritis will go away quickly, days after eradication. Most of the gastritis that we see, though, is unexplained and doesn't go away. Luckily, most of this chronic gastritis is benign and doesn't cause pain.
You may be better in just a few days.
Depends on why you have gastritis, the cause has to be removed.
