How long does it take to walk normal after a c-section?

I am a 30 year old female. I want to know how long does it take to walk normal after a c-section?

After a C-section, you will probably have to stay in the hospital for three days and, even when you’re released, you’ll need to take it easy. For most moms, it will take four to six weeks to make a full recovery. 4 to 6 weeks later, your pain should be minimal, if not completely gone, so it’s likely you’ll be able to ease into doing more strenuous activities.
Hi,

Usually, you should be able to walk soon after your C section and every day you get stronger and having less pain. Usually by 4-6 weeks you should able to go back to your regular activities assuming there is no post C Section complications or issues.

Hi,

So, "normal" is kind of a hard question to answer. Most people are walking the next day. They are walking slowly. I would say that most people that come and see us for their 2-week post-op visit are walking pretty normally.
