“How long should I breastfeed my baby?”
I am a 28 year old female. I want to know how long should I breastfeed my baby?

Breastfeeding can be hard but if you could do it for at least 6 months that would be great. Extending it longer is even better if you can.
As long as you and your baby are comfortable and doing well. Pediatricians will monitor the baby's growth and by breast feeding exclusively your supply may stay up with the baby's demand. Places of work are becoming more welcoming for breast feeding moms and have allowed many to continue to breast feed when they have to return.
