I am a 27 year old female. I will have jaw surgery next week. How long will my face be swollen after jaw surgery?

Typically, you will see the majority of it resolve within the first 2 weeks. It will look the worst on the the 2nd or 3rd day post op, and by the end of week 1 it will start to go away.
