A facelift typically makes you look 10 years younger.
Impossible to answer as this is so subjective. You will look more youthful but should still look like yourself and people who do not know you should not be able to guess that you have had a facelift.
A face lift can take years off of the face!
There is no finite answer to your question. Each patient is very different in this regard. Some patients get 15+ years removed off the clock with a facelift. Other patients get approximately 10 years removed off the clock. The primary factor that determinants this is the patient's anatomy.
