I am a 28 year old pregnant woman. I want to know how much weight should you gain each trimester?

In first trimester 5 lbs. 2nd trimester about 10-12 lbs. 3rd trimester about 12-14 lbs. Total wt gain in pregnancy between 25-30 lbs is healthy wt gain.
